Anderson Varejao scares and confuses me too! Good thing you didn’t write that review about him or he’d come on over to wherever it is you currently reside and break your freakin jaw. Then you’d be even more scared and confused. Scared for your life. And confused by the plethora of Plutos floating around your head.

Warren, thank for pointing out that slip. I meant to write about Anderson Varejao at the PF position, not Aleksandar Pavlovic. Foreign names scare and confuse me.

Warren, thanks for regulating on the team preview.

You’re right – since Gooden and Varejao are still on the Cavs – he won’t get any time at PF. LeBron has the minutes at SF locked up, and, as you point out, the addition of Wesley means that there won’t be any time left at SG (even if Larry Hughes is out, Shannon Brown and Wesley are likely better options at SG).

Wesley will probably have more immediate impact at the PG position, probably to your disappointment… since that means Damon Jones will be pushed to the 3rd string. So much for this D.J.

Hate to tell you, but Pavlovic isn’t a PF, nor is he likely to see significant time on the Cavs no matter what the circumstance this year. Now that Wesley’s signed, he’s just as likely to get dealt as average 5 min/game.
