The Journal-Sentinel is reporting that Bobby Simmons will have 2 foot surgeries, and could miss the rest of the season. It’s probably unlikely that anyone actually has B-Simm still hanging around on their roster since his stats weren’t all that promising in the first place. If you’re looking for a replacement, though, Charlie Bell was looking to be a good choice, until I picked him up last night exposing him to the kryptonite that is my team (and seems to only affect free agents). If you look at his game log from Nov. 22 – Dec. 4, it’s incredibly encouraging. I’m just hoping that last night was the “off night” that “everybody” has “every once in a while.” After all, Bell is averaging 31 minutes a game playing behind Mo Williams at PG, Michael Redd at SG – who, luckily for Bell, also plays SF behind Ruben Patterson.

While Mabeuf may be a little high on Ersan Ilyasova, Charlie V is coming back soon, and will negate any further fantasy value from the Turkish Power Forward of the Future.

A cursory scan of the Bucks roster will reveal why there’s no need to mention any other players in this post.
