Cyberdunk Baller Guy

I should be working on my team preview for the Sonics, but they’re moving to Oklahoma City and who knows what affect that will have on fantasy values. So, while I’m trying to build that into my fantasy equations, what I’ve really been doing is playing Cyberdunk. There’s really not that much to actually “play,” but I did buy a team (for 2 seasons so far), and have a couple guys I’ve played fantasy basketball with on my roster now. Of course, the Chicago Stags (as they are now known), were beated 146 – 35 (not a typo) last game. So, if you’re interested in trying to help my team come back from the Depths of Despair (which is really only 14th place out of 24 teams in the USA Silver League – aka 2nd most competitive league in the game), please click the link to get to Cyberdunk, and let me know what your player’s name is. I know that a few people clicked over and joined already, so if you’re one of those people, and you want to join the Stags, let me know your player’s name, and I’ll send out an offer.     I see the offer but it won’t let me accept it yet, it says, pending response from team. Anyway, i’m very interested and hopefully it goes through. The extra money will help a lot in training. I also have a brother that started playing too if you are interested in a PG. He is a 17.5 and plays for the Townsville team in Aussie 1.

    Nels, you forgot to mention this game happens to be as addicting as crack. I just logged in for the third time today, even though the Stags don’t play another game until tomorrow. Stats, yep, the same. Skills, yep, the same (screw you Al Borland and your notoriously slow training regimen). I did buy myself some kickin’ sneaks though. But I actually contemplated using my hard earned money to BUY STATS FOR MY PLAYER.

    Dude, it’s not cool to get friends addicted to MMORPGs. Not cool.

    @Hoopstar, thanks for the offer, but I’ve got 3 PGs already, at least 2 of whom appear to be currently active. If you know any Cs or PFs, then I’m happy to take them. If one of my backup PGs stops moving up, I’ll see about adding your brother. I hope you and he aren’t offended…

    @Patrick, yeah, sorry about that. It always starts that you think you can just check it once a day after the games are played… Good thing you don’t own a team. Otherwise you’d been checking to see who’s accepted contracts about 12 times a day. And by day, I mean hour.

    Will, sorry, I left Cyberdunk after a couple months. There were some Glaring Holes in the simulator they were running, and I got bored with it pretty quick. I let someone else take over my team.
