I also noticed that I hadn't been receiving any more emails about Carnivals. Turns out I wasn't even signed up as a member of the Carnival group on Ballhype (I could have sworn I did it many moons ago). It only took me about four months to figure that one out. There are probably other geniuses just like me out there. I noticed that the Carnivals have been getting shorter. I also noticed that I hadn’t been receiving any more emails about Carnivals.
