    Melgea is a new search engine based on a custom Google search of only sites that have to do with Sports and/or Fantasy sports. It’s a pretty good idea, really. I just wish it weren’t so butt ugly with the black, navy blue, and gray dominating the page.

    Nevertheless, it seems pretty useful for finding fantasy information, and I’m sure Google indexes pages like ESPN and Yahoo pretty often. Although, this search for Desmond Mason does lead to a little confusion, in that you have to scroll down to the 7th result before you see that “Desmond Mason is back with the Milwaukee Bucks.” But, I suppose he’s a little bit of a special case.

    Go ahead and use it to see if you can answer some of your fantasy question, and leave me a comment on what you think! As an experiment, you could also leave your question in the comment, and Patrick or I will answer it, and we can see if we come up with the same thing as Melgea (also, the name? Where did that come from?)

      Hey there, thanks so much for the review! We’re always looking for feedback, and we’ve already incorporated your color-scheme feedback.

      As for the name, it’s a combination of two things: in honor of a fantasy football league we’ve been in for years (the Michigan Elite League – “MEL”); and in honor of the fantasy sports world we live in (Pangea was the world of old…we just took the “gea” part). Confusing? Perhaps. Corny. Almost certainly. But unique.

      Hello Nels, I have a small favor to ask of you. Ever since i have joined your cyberdunk team, i have been been extremely addicted to it. I love the fact that i get to play for one of my favorite bloggers. my only complaint is that i don’t get any playing time at all. infact since i’ve joined the stags, i have not played a single game. My only request is this. Please trade (if possible) so i can increase my stats. Now i don’t want to pull a Kobe so i promise you that as soon as you need another SF, i will gladly return for a small contract (say 300?). I’m sure you can understand. Thank you
