Line of the Night: Al Harrington (11.3) or Deron Williams (10.9) might have won on any other day, but today let’s honor Jason Kidd (11.3) and his triple double – 16 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists. Kidd must be approaching his, what, one billionth career triple double? Like McDonalds, he just gets them served. Ah, you get what I’m trying to say. Why would anybody have drafted Chris Paul before Kidd this year? It doesn’t make any sense.

Goat of the Night: Kirk Hinrich (-5.3). I though about giving this one to the entire Bulls team, but I fear Nels would start hunting me down for sport like in the movie The Game. So, we’ll hand this one to Hinrich (3 for 12 from the field, 0 for 5 for threes, and 6 turnovers) with nods to Tyrus Thomas (1 for 7 from the floor) and Luol Deng (4 for 11). So, this offense doesn’t need Kobe, huh?

I would be happy to hand it to the Bulls for their performance last night. I mean, when I’m thinking about picking up Joe Smith and Chris Duhon for my fantasy teams, something is WAY wrong.

As a Bulls fan, Chris Duhon is Scott Skill’s Coaches pet He comes in a LOT for Kirk and is used along side Captain Kirk a decent amount for Ben Gorden as well.

On an unrelated note, when I said the movie “The Game” I actually meant “Surviving the Game”, the one where Ice T gets hunted for sport by some rich dudes in the Rocky Mountains. I didn’t mean the movie with Michael Douglas and Sean Penn. That’s a very important correction, I don’t like to mix up my movie references.
