I'd absolutely make the Gerald Wallace trade. He'd be that perfect utility player you are looking for. If you can't get that done, then yeah, go for Granger.

i might be able to swing a deal for a draft pick and gerald wallace for ak47 and elton brand....what do you think about that? i really don't have much use for brand since i'm covered in pts and rebs and he may never really come back this year.

I already traded jackson and conley for jamison and bynum (I needed the boards from jamison). i'm in a 16 team league with 2 keepers.

I've given up on ft%, i'm sitting at 11-2 (I lost on a tie breaker one week, and lebron was hurt the other week). I don't need points with having 5 guys that average 20+, i need that perfect utility player that gives, 10-15 pts, 5-6 rebs, 4-5 assists, 1+ 3's, 1+ stl, and 1+ blk with good fg%. is granger that player?

First, unless you're playing in a four team league, damn that's a good team. You shouldn't have to do much with it to win (especially when Brand and Bynum come back). If you can move AK for Granger, I'd absolutely make that trade.

Since you're only starting 6 guys, and 2 of them happen to be Lebron and Howard, you are just going to have to live with the crappy FT%. Not much you can do about that.

As far as the trade for Jackson and Conley, I'm a mildly in favor of it. Jackson is a pretty good guy to target based on your league scoring system and that fact that you need help in threes. Conley should have a good second half of the year as well. I would make the trade if you need to make up ground in your league, but if you're in first or second place, just wait until Brand and Bynum come back and you'll be unstoppable.

with ak47 late inconsistency, i'm thinking about moving him. i've thought about granger. my weaknesses are FT% (I have lebron and d.howard) and 3pts. AK47 is my UTL spot, therefore I need him to do a little everything in our h2h league.

my starters are:
CP3
Roy
Lebron
Jamison
Howard
AK47

w/ bynum, brand, and ricky davis highlighting my bench (never thought i'd use highlight and ricky davis in the same sentence).

h2h, win a cat for points
ppg, rpg, apg = 25 pts a cat
bpg, spg, to/g= 15 pts a cat
3ptrs made, fg%, FT%= 10 pts a cat
techs= 5 pts a cat

i got trade s.jackson and m. conley for jamison and bynum since jamison boards better. since roy doesn't take a lot of 3's i could use the help there. is there someone else I should be targeting?

It appears to primarily be a money issue with Boykins. He opted out of a $3 million deal for this year before the start of the season, so you know his pride is telling him he needs at least that much, if not more before he signs. It looks like teams aren’t willing to pay that much for a 30 year old 5-5 point guard. Patterson, on the other hand, seems to be hurt by the character issues thing. The fact that he has to register as a sex offender in any state he goes too doesn’t help matters (as teams have specifically noted).

I've got a question. What happened to Boykins and Ruben Patterson. I know Patterson and Anderson had their troubles off the court, but surely a team(especially seeing how tight the playoff race will be in both conferences) would need a rugged defensive small forward. Are they both asking for too much money? do you think they will be signed by any team this season? if so, who?
