Quote of the Night: “He can’t guard me!”
    - Rasheed Wallace doesn’t think much of Dirk Nowitzki’s defense

    Rasheed Wallace

Line of the Night: With only two games (Lakers/Wizards and Dallas/Detroit), I was all set to pencil in Kobe Bryant (5.4) in this spot. Not so fast. It was Rasheed Wallace (7.0) with the biggest and baddest line yesterday. Wallace had 21 points, 9 rebounds, 3 threes and 4 blocked shots as Detriot spanked Dallas 90-67.

Honorable Mentions: Bryant scored 30 with a couple threes; perfection for Tayshaun Prince (5.2) – he went 4-4 from the floor and 8-8 from the line, finishing with 16 points and 7 rebounds; and Antawn Jamison (4.8) had 21 and 11.

Waiver Wire Line of the Night: Vladimir Radmanovic (5.0) got his third straight start for the Luke Walton-less Lakers (Oh, and that Gasol guy wasn’t playing either). Vlad-Rad played pretty decently: 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 threes in 32 minutes. It’ll probably be his last start for a long time, though.

The Mini-Bar Waiver Wire Line of the Night: Jarvis Hayes (4.3) managed to put up a fantasy friendly line in only 18 minutes of the Pistons bench (10 points, 2 steals, 2 threes). Ok, maybe it’s not that fantasy friendly, but it looks pretty good when only 44 guys are playing.

The Biggest Loser: The Dallas Mavericks. The team shot 30% and only scored 67 points. With Jerry Stackhouse and Devin Harris out, the Mavs have been dusting off Eddie Jones (1.8) for some starts. He had 5 points, 1 board and 1 assist in 20 minutes yesterday. Both Josh Howard (2.9) who was 6-17 from the floor and Dirk (4.0) who was 3-18 and 0-5 from three contributed to the clank-fest. Dirks’ 10 rebounds and 3 blocks kept his game score respectable. Well, at least the Mavs still have their hot dancers.
