    Last year GMTR was hosting the big Carnival party. This year, GMTR is forgetting to submit posts to the big Carnival party. Unlike Patrick, I was carefully trimming my public hair.

    Since we messed that up pretty bad, and we have to have something to celebrate on our Blogiversary, here is (drumroll please) a photo of the Give Me The Rock bloggers united (at last). I’m not sure if Patrick cares if I identify who is who, but let me just say that both of these hotties are taken. Sorry, ladies. Also, neither of the bloggers pictured below live in their mother’s (or anyone else’s for that matter) basement.

    And with that, I have to say, as far I know, GMTR is the longest running, currently active Fantasy Basketball Weblog in the Universe. Tehanximu over on planet Goswalangow may disagree. He/she can kiss it.

      bucko, your comment means more to me than you probably know. The truth is, I started GMTR on July 30th because I was (bored and not as busy as these days) looking for fantasy basketball info during the summer, and the pickings were slim. So, I take an acknowledgment of being one of few sources providing fantasy hoops advice during the summer as very high praise.

      seanlb, you stay classy. And don’t ever let anyone tell you that you aren’t.

      Jeff W, I’m glad someone took a stab at guessing who was who. There is a very obvious clue if you know about the geography involved at GMTR.

      And just as a point of clarification, Patrick has only been with the blog for 3 of the 4 years. But they’ve been 3 of the 4 happiest years of my life.

      Congrats on 4 years, Nels. I guess that makes you about 83 in blog years. I can’t believe you invited me to write for GMTR over three years ago… times flies when your kicking ass and taking names, I guess.

      And it was awesome we could finally meet in person in front of that bra store we always talk about online.
