@bucko, I did a league on CBS once and was also impressed with the ability to customize that they offer. If I wanted a highly customized league (as you have) that is a very good place to go.

I like CBS the best because of league customization. You can control and setup whatever type of waivers/free agency system you can think of. My main league has everyone on waiver from Monday morning to Friday morning and after waivers are run on friday morning everyone goes on a free agency for the weekend. Its a long process to explain why we do this, but my point is only CBS fit our needs.

I used nba.com last year for my main leagues, and dabbled in yahoo after being exclusively yahoo. I liked nba.com well enough - the part I liked about it was the ability to make multi-team (> 2 team) trades, and also has the option to trade draft picks. I don't think you can go wrong either way, but definitely get familiar with the site before and after your leagues are set up.

yahoo is my favorite. The only thing Id like to see improve is the message board. CBS sportsline has the best message board. They have so many options on the leagues homepage. You can do so much more other than just post messages. If you have an active league with a few shit talkers, its nice to have a good league homepage

Michael, I was in two leagues in each of Yahoo and NBA.com, and Yahoo was definitely the better of the two. They make it so much easier to do just about everything (which was especially nice when managing more than one team).

I've also played at CBSSportsline before, and I'd rate that as better than NBA.com but not as good as Yahoo. I played on AOL once a while ago when they first launched their fantasy basketball platform and it was not ready to be launched. Not sure how they're doing now, though, since it's been a few years...

yahoo is the gold standard which all the other leagues are compared against. it's the first thing that comes to mind when you say "fantasy sports" but it doesn't mean it's the best format out there, but it probably is the most recognized.

PITP: thing is, so far you managed to get an advantage in assists (but not a sure lock by any means) and nothing more, due to bad FG percent by AI and mediocre FT (for a guard) percents by the two of them.
Steals are OK, turnovers are very high, threes are no good...
The first couple of rounds is all about anchors to me, and this is not what you achieved.
Looking forward to seeing what sort of team you end up with.
