That actually seems like a good spot for him. But, I agree with you that Granger is getting so much love right now he’s going to be reached for in a lot of drafts. @Nels – you’re on to me… Dr. A also participated in the draft and he briefly recaps it (and one other) in <a>this article</a>. It’s by no means proof that this draft was more than a figment of my imagination. However, if you make it to the second page, you can see where he does not like my Arenas pick. @Mike – yeah, I tried to mention briefly in my post that the CBS draft application (we mocked live) was giving me crap starting in the 11th round. My plan in the 11th was to draft Ronnie Brewer, but CBS was telling me that I couldn’t do it because it would make my roster illegal. I spent 88 out of my allotted 90 seconds clicking on Brewer’s name 150 times and wondering why I wasn’t drafting him. Gooden was a last second move. Darko was a little bit of a joke pick when CBS forced me to pick a center in the last round. Looking back at the draft, there was plenty of reaching going on from the first round. Maybe that’s a little easier to do when your mocking and don’t necessarily have to live with the repercussions of your picks. @terrance – Granger went with the second pick in the third, number 26 overall. Ginobili as the 54th pick? Who was picking in this league? There aren't 35 players better in fantasy hoops than Ginobili, let alone 53. Just to show I'm fair, I think your last three picks were wasted. Those guys have no shot of finishing the season on your roster. Gooden is a marginal player in fantasy, Hill is sure to play 28 minutes a game with Barnes on board, and Darko is on his way out of the league. Holy shit. Im conservitive when it comes to my first few picks, so youll likely never see me take a risky 1st round pick, and i dont like the idea of building my team around danny granger. I like PG and PF/C to start a team. Finally, it seems that billups is being slept on this seasons.
