I like having 3 bench spots. In the league, I have four bench spots. Every team drafts 14, but have to drop one before the season starts. That free spot is then reserved for players on the IR. So, the default starting 10, and three bench spots in a 14 team league = 182 players. 196 will be drafted, but 182 will remain on teams going into the season after the "player invited to camp" gets cut.
