As self-appointed leader of the Anthony Carter Fantasy Basketblogger Fanclub, I am devastated by the news of this trade. How will he silently average 6 apg now? Friggin’ JR Smith… Friggin’ Linas Kleiza…. (grumble grumble…)

Anyway, eyes out for the LOTN in progress: Dwight Howard has 20 and 14 with 3 blocks and a steal… and Marc Gasol is on pace to crush him with 20 and 9 with 3 blocks and a steal IN THE FIRST HALF. He’s also 7/9 from the floor and 6/8 from the stripe. ARE-OH-WHY! ARE-OH-WHY!

It looks great for stuckey….next season. This trade seems to be made for that whole win now thing the pistons are going for. After iversons contract expires this season, stuckey will be the man. Not that stuckey wont see some value this season.

I dont think this trade affects stuckey that much this season, except this will be fewer shot to go around with iverson around. Iverson is also known to log some pretty high minutes. Again, this trade was made for stuckey to become the starting PG next season, so stuckey will get his this season

Big trade going down today. Yeah, I have my fingers crossed for my man Anthony Carter, but things do not look good for him.

McDyess was only getting 19 minutes a game for Detroit, so there is not a whole lot of extra minutes to go around. It’ll probably be spread out pretty evenly among Johnson, Hermann, and Maxiell.

Big Winner: People who drafted JR Smith
Secondary Winner: Me, for drafting Herrman in the CBS 30-man league.

So much for Anthony Carter? Id say to hurry up and make an offer to the owner of JR smith, and in a hurry.

From the pistons side, does this mean more minutes for walter hermann or amir johnson? I know maxiell is there too. Great move for the pistons. The move made sense for both teams
