@Mike, I ran some numbers through the player rater and this is what I came up with:

Best case – #57 on player rater (above Terry): JR continues to play 30+ minutes a game, his scoring increases to 17 a game, he’s still hitting threes like crazy, and the rest of his stats take a nice bump from the extra minutes.

Worst case – #105 on player rater (below Terry): JR doesn’t get as many minutes as we think, his scoring increases, but at the expense of his shooting percentage, his defensive stats only increase a little over last season since his minutes are only up slightly.

Unless things go very wrong, JR is probably going to perform closer to his best case scenario simply because the minutes are going to be there for him. So, yes, I’d bet for Smith becoming a little bit more valuable than Terry.
