Climb on in. It’s Friday, we’re leaving early.

First things first, suspensions have been handed down for the Suns v. Rockets fracas. Not much you can do if you’ve got weekly lineup changes, but for daily changers, take Matt Barnes and Rafer Alston out of your lineup for the next 2 games, and Nash will be out for 1. Also note that Leandro Barbosa will be in Brazil for an undetermined amount of time to grieve the loss of his mother with his family.

Associated Content blogger Hawk32 has a list of Waiver Wire pickups. (Again with the Waiver Wire pickups! Does someone have to be on Waivers for me to want to pick them up? Doesn’t that mean someone else just discarded them? Wouldn’t I be better off snatching up a Free Agent that no one else has tried and tossed already?)

Hoops Fantasy has Rookie Sleepers. Hmmmm… I see now that the following picture is not as apropos as I’d originally intended. Nevertheless, here it is:

Brendan is proving to be reliable as Chris Paul with his latest Rotation Report on the Atlantic Divison. Of course, what interests me more is that in his Southeast Divison report from a couple days ago he mentions Maniac JaVale McGee. Dark Horse ROY anyone?

Blaze of Love has a post on the new shortness of shorts in the NBA. (Hint: there’s Dancers involved)

Not sure how this is relevant, but it was on BallyHype (potentially NSFW).

This is even less relevant from a fantasy basketball perspective, but very relevant from a Quantum of Solace Comes Out Today perspective.
