Boozer is expected to be out at least 3 more weeks recovering from knee surgery. Add 1 week because NBA recovery schedules are almost always too optimistic and 1-2 weeks because he's Carlos Boozer and that would put him back on the court by the end of February. The Jazz have 23 games in March and April, which would seem to be his upside for the rest of the year. So, going down the GMTR player rater, would I trade someone like Lamarcus Aldridge for him? No Emeka Okafor? No Andrea Bargnani? Probably Drew Gooden? Probably Not Boris Diaw? Yes So, using that very scientific method, Boozer's value = Boris Diaw. What does everyone else think?
