Happy Valentine’s Day everyone, a day that brought use one wickedly funny episode of 30 Rock this past week.

As for actual NBA related news, other than Kevin Durant dropping bombs in the “Rookie Challenge” and finishing with a record 46 points in the game (which beats Amare’s old record by like 8 points), the only news worth noting is the Shawn Marion/Jermaine O’Neal trade that went down yesterday. Nels has a great breakdown of the fantasy implications of both sides and I don’t have anything else intelligent to add, except that fantasy-wise, it sounds like good news for everyone involved.

All Eyez On Me: The D-League all-star game starts off tonight’s festivities at 4pm EST, followed by:

H-O-R-S-E – Bill Simmons finally gets his wish, TNT is going to be airing the first edition is this game at 5pm EST. My money is on Joe Johnson.
Haier Shooting Stars – Always fun to see Bill Laimbeer squeeze his jelly rolls into a basketball uniform again.
Playstation Skills Challenge – I still don’t get it. Guys dribbling around, passing through hoops and doing layups. Maybe they should call it the Playstation Stupid High School Drills Challenge.
Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout – Where Jason Kapono tries for the threepeat. So, say he wins, will they let him compete next year when he’s out of the league?
Sprite Slam Dunk – Really, the event that everyone wastes 3 hours of the lives watching all the other crap for, especially this year as Dwight Howard returns to defend his title. And while I love him Nate Robinson, if he wins I’m swearing off the dunk contest for life.
