I'm a little nervous about what happens if/when OKC settles on a new head coach, but you have to imagine the franchise will give anybody the directive that Durant, Green and Westbrook are not to be smashed into some hinderence of a system like Carlesimo tried to. West has been a tremendous disappointment. I expected some regression off last season's stats, but even when he's playing well he just doesn't look likely to be a top 30 player anymore.
