Line of the Night: About as far as from San Antonio as you get in the league, The Other Anthony Parker (1.22) put up 24 points (3 threes, 80% FG, 83% FT), 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 2 steals. He’s not quite in the Top 100 for the season, but according to Basketball Monster he’s up to number 69 over his last 4 games. Parker is owned in 69% of Yahoo leagues, so he won’t be our Waiver Wire Line of the Night.

Honorable Mentions: Neither will Boris Diaw (1.16), who is owned in 73% of leagues, and had 27, 10, and 6 last night, along with a steal and 2 blocks. Kevin Durant (0.96) bandwagoneers are enjoying a nice ride as The Kid poured in 32 points, adding 10 rebounds and 6 assists. His shooting was not the same as Diaw’s though, but that’s what happens when you’re forced to take almost twice as many shots.

The Biggest Loser: Good thing Boom Boom Diaw was doing something right, because just as Leandro Barbosa proved that it is possible break the 2.0 mark on Basketball Monster, Emeka Okafor (-1.03) proved that it is also possible to break the -1.0 barrier. Okafor smashed that glass floor with, what else? Terrible shooting and turnovers. He scored 8 points on 2-9 and 4-8 while turning the ball over 3 times. He may have had 6 rebounds, but Basketball Monster cares not for your rebounds.

Waiver Wire Line of the Night: Kurt Thomas (0.82) is only owned in 3% of leagues, but he showed the other 97% a little something with his 10 points, 15 rebounds, and 3 blocks last night. A quick check of the Box Score reveals that Tim Duncan did not play. Thomas will return to his rightful place among the 3 percenters provided that Duncan’s sore knee feels better soon.

All Eyez On Me: Boston goes into the Clipperdome tonight to take on a team that is giving up 116 points per game in Feburary. Granted, 2 of those games were against Phoenix, and Boston is clearly not Phoenix, but Brian Scalabrine should still have an awesome game tonight.

The Golden Ticket: Orlando tries to bounce back from what must have been an utterly devastating loss to Chicago by playing at Madison Square Garden. Will Dwight Howard score 50 and get his name into the MVP race? The former is certainly possible. The latter, unlikely.
