Yes, it was over a month ago… we got a little behind with the digital picture transferring (and scanning of scrapbook materials).
Here is where I got Tyrus Thomas’ autograph. I don’t think we were supposed to, but a few people came down with someone who looked like they had permission and everyone else just bandwagoned it. (As I noted when this was posted on Facebook, Tyrus was standing on the court, while the of us were in the seating area, which is about a foot – or maybe more – below the court; so, if you can imagine Tyrus and I standing on the same level, we’d practically be eye-to-eye)
Too bad he signed the back of my grocery list in my notebook. I’m sure the Antiques Roadshow people would say that gives it some “provenance,” though, right?
Finally, during warm-ups, you can see that Derrick Rose was very focused while the Luvabulls were practicing, but Lindsey Hunter was practically throwing the ball off the backboard to get it to bounce into the middle of the ladies dance routine.
