Line of the Night: While there were only two games last night, Chris Paul (1.15) came through with a line that would stand strong on any day. CP3 finished with 27 points on 10-18 shooting and dished out 15 assists as the Hornets beat down the Mavs 104-88. He also destroyed Jason Terry with a little bit of the shake and bake.
Honorable Mentions: Can’t forget about the return of Carmelo Anthony (1.02). Melo shot 16-26 from the field and scored 38 points in a Nuggets win.
Waiver Wire Line of the Night: Really, I hate dipping into the same well known as Rasual Butler (0.61), but there isn’t much to choose from today and he is still only owned in 40% of Yahoo leagues. Butler scored 18 points and added a couple steals and threes in the win. Other than that, you’re looking at Joel Przybilla (0.43), who had 12 boards and a block.
The Biggest Loser: Josh Howard (-0.26) missed the second half of the Mavs/Hornets game after deciding the pain was too much for his sprained left ankle. But the real problem was his first half: 3-10 from the floor, 7 points, 1 rebound and 1 assist in 17 minutes. It looks like this is the type of nagging injury that could affect Howard the rest of the season or cause him to miss some time.
Friday’s Tiny Dancer: New Orleans Honeybee Krista Neal. For what it’s worth, Krista really wanted to cheer for the Saints, but missed their tryouts and became a Hornets dancer instead. Their loss is our gain.

By the way, as a whole, I don’t know if I’ve seen a sadder looking group of dancers than the Honeybees.
All Eyez on Me: Cleveland (48-12) at Boston (48-14) – It’s your ESPN game and the battle for home court advantage in the playoffs. The Celtics will be without KG for the 7th straight game, which means we will be getting another good dose of Mikki Moore.
Miami (32-28) at Toronto (23-39) – It’s the big clash of underachieving, overpaid veterans who were traded for each other and continued to play like crap on their new teams. But really, this game is much watch television to see Dwyane Wade and what kind of game he’s gonna put up.
The Golden Ticket: Golden State (21-40) at Detroit (30-29) – Get those Pistons in your lineup today, yes, even Iverson fill in Will Bynum, who is going to improve on his 7 point, 4 assist performance in the Pistons last game.
