Line of the Night: Matt Bonner (1.13). Life is kinda like a box of chocolates; you’re trying to figure out what the hell is inside them and then Matt Bonner shows up to your house and starts bombing three pointers all over the place. Ok, it’s been a while since I’ve seen that movie, that quote might be a little off… Getting 25 minutes off the bench for the Spurs, Bonner hit 6-8 threes and was 7-10 overall and finished with 23 points and 6 boards in the Spurs win.

Matt Bonner looking comfortable with the rock… kinda
Honorable Mentions: Marc Gasol (1.07) – 18 points, 6 boards and most importantly, 4 blocks for Gasol as the Grizzlies pulled out a win against Sacramento; Marcus Camby (1.02) finished with 12 points, 18 rebounds and 3 steals; The Blazers could do no wrong against the Bulls, and that obviously includes LaMarcus Aldridge (0.86) who pulled down a double-double with 24 points and 13 boards; and Greg Oden (0.82) had his way with the Bulls for 24 points and 12 boards while shooting 7-8 from the floor.
Waiver Wire Line of the Night: Matt Bonner (1.13). See above.
Al Thornton (0.83) is actually owned in 51% of leagues, which is far fewer then he should be thanks to Blake Griffin’s impending arrival. But with Griffin likely out another 3-4 weeks, Thornton makes a good short-term play in every league. His latest game against the Wolves included 31 points and 10 rebounds.
The Biggest Loser: Baron Davis (-0.43). The expectations for Davis aren’t that high anymore, but 1-10 shooting, 2 points and 4 turnovers just straight up bad no matter how you look at it. But the Davis’ owners out there can take comfort in the fact that his streak of 468 consecutive games with at least one field goal is still alive.

All Eyez on Me:
Golden State (4-8) at Dallas (10-3) – Lost somewhat in all this injury talk is the fact that the Mavs are as hurting as just about anyone. Josh Howard is still day-to-day with an ankle injury, Shawn Marion is day-to-day with an ankle injury of his own, and Erick Dampier is still out with a mysterious injury (time to get Dr. Gregory House involved). Marion has been targeting tonight’s game for a return, while Drew Gooden and Rodrigue Beaubois will continue to start for the Mavs. Both are risky plays tonight, but have upside with the Warriors involved.
Indiana (5-6) at Toronto (6-8) – On the other end of the injury spectrum is Indiana, a team which is beginning to get some of its players back on the court. Both Troy Murphy and Jeff Foster recently returned from injuries and Mike Dunleavy is expected to make a return within the week.
Philadelphia (5-8) at Washington (3-9) – According to the Wizards, Mike Miller is likely out up to a month after straining his calf on Saturday. It might not be completely obvious, but that is very, very, very bad news for the Wizards.
