In fact, the only consistent guy we have from 1-3 aside from Roy & Miller is Batum. The guy is a flat out stud. If Nate had any offensive creativity he would wreak havok on fantasy. As it stands he is an excellent defender (exhibit A: the chase down of Deron Williams on a 1-on-0 fast break for the swat), a high flier, and a solid midrange shooter. His 3s are improving but still could be better. The problem? He's not trigger happy. The rest of the blazers back court/SFs are incredibly streaky (including the now traded Travis Outlaw). All of them can set the world on fire or burn your house down.

Anyway, Webster had a great month but he was set up for failure with Batum coming back. Batum is more roster-flexible and duplicates Webster's talents entirely and then some. Outlaw and Webster didn't complete as much as you might think (Outlaw got a lot of PF mins, and he had been injured forever).
