Looking back, I was a little harsh on the Grizzlies for
their 2010 free agency activity (that seemed to be the flavor of the month back
in the summer of 2010). Financially, the Griz will likely be in a bit of a
pickle this year with their ability to resign Marc Gasol, but what they did certainly
worked for them this year. Randolph was a beast in the playoffs and - despite
my argument above - Tony Allen was also a great signing for Memphis.

Theres all these grizz haters out there that talk about how bad they are and their bad moves. They were the only team to go 3-0 against the Mavs who are in the Finals. They would have played them to and almost beat the thunder, but they lost the triple ot game at home. If they had won, they would have played the mavs... I wonder if that would end up like the regular season. By the way, I would take Randolph over Dirk any day.

He is for sure the best player that did not make the all star ballot and was playing like the best pf in the playoffs. He was doing better than Kobe and Durant.
